As an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern you will assist our IT team with maintaining and optimizing our incident management processes. Ideally you should have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn about SAP systems, and an interest in IT operations.

YOUR TASKS

• Set up JIRA projects for incident management, problem management, and backlog tracking
• Customize workflows, issue types, screens, and fields to align with business processes
• Configure permissions, notifications, and automation rules for efficient task handling
• Design and implement intuitive dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ticket resolution time, backlog progress, and incident trends
• Develop training materials, including guides and tutorials and conduct hands-on trainings sessions

YOUR SKILLS

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of SAP systems and their role in business operations is preferred but not required 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail 
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 
• Fluency in English
