Tito & Friends is a leading Data & Media Tech group that brings together data, market research and SaaS companies working across Europe. Our Vienna headquarters just off Karlsplatz serves as the operational centre providing services to both internal and external clients.  We are looking for a new team member to join us as a part-time Junior IT Support Specialist. This post would be an excellent fit for a TU student who wants to step into the workplace, gaining experience and soft skills parallel to their studies.

The Role
Here's what you'd do as part of our team:

• First & Second Level Support : Handle diverse support requests with enthusiasm and ensure quick and effective solutions.
• Employee Assistance : Provide exceptional service to your colleagues’s technical problems across multiple channels – in person, via email, chat, or phone.
• IT Process Improvement : Be part of shaping our IT processes with your proactive ideas.
• Support Digitalization Projects : Assist our subsidiaries in implementing innovative digital solutions.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing : Simplify complex technical topics by creating and delivering training sessions or webinars for employees.
• Knowledge Management : Build and maintain an internal knowledge base to ensure smooth operations.

Your Skills
We're looking for students with the following qualities:

• Passion for Technology : You’re currently studying IT or another technical discipline and have practical technical knowledge and experience. You’re enthusiastic about new technologies and love working with Macs.
• Organizational Skills : You work in a structured, precise manner and can juggle multiple tasks without losing focus.
• Team Player : With fluent German and good English skills, you would be able to work in a multicultural, English-speaking team.
• Eager to Learn : You’re excited to develop project management and people skills in a dynamic environment.
